26Jan2014 up 5¢ to $1.15 all countries,
additional ounces up 2¢ for Canada and Mexico to 47¢/addl oz for Canada and 57¢/oz Mexico.
But the first increment for Canada is an ounce late and a penny low (who knows why?).
up 3¢/oz for Cheap Countries (Grps6-9) to 83¢/oz,
up 4¢/oz for Expensive Countries (Grps3-5) to 99¢/oz (but the first increment is 98¢--don't ask why)
